By accessing or using ResetCamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Service Description
ResetCamp is a platform that allows creators to build communities, publish courses, live stream, and monetize their content.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you publish. By publishing content, you grant us a license to use, modify and display that content on the platform.
5. Prohibited Conduct
It is prohibited to publish illegal, defamatory content that violates copyright, or that is harmful to other users. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy and the rules established by the creator of the community or course.
7. Limitation of Liability
ResetCamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the platform.
